Shipping Info: We use DHL for national and international shipping. All orders will be shipped via registered mail.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination. Please keep in mind that this is not our main occupation. Some of us are students and we all have jobs so we need a view days to handle your order.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can send your items back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at inwardeffect@web.de within the 14 days time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number, your name and a short description of the issue when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are NOT refundable!
Returned items must be unused, meaning the shirt is unworn, you did not let your cat sleep on it, your dog don't know how it tastes or anything else what makes it impossible for us to sell the item again.
